St Hospice
12 Guests · 6 Bedrooms · 6 Bathrooms
According to legend, in the sixth century, a monk named Hospitus miraculously cured the sick, a mystical quality that earned the small village of Pointe St. Hospice its name in the French commune of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Today, the picturesque location is home to a few exclusive luxury villas. The three-story villa sits on approximately 3,100 square meters of land and has a living area of 990 square meters. It has cutting-edge amenities like fitness, a wine cellar, several terraces, and a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The villa has six opulent en-suite bedrooms. The private access to the sea and the boat dock are ideal for boarding a small tender and heading for the Mediterranean’s crystal clear waters. The nearly 1,000m2 of living space includes several dining areas, both alfresco and formal. A manicured garden surrounds the villa, which has an exclusive sea view. Villa Illona has a smaller staff house, which is ideal for ensuring that the guests are well-cared for. The property has indoor parking for three cars. There are several famous starred restaurants nearby, including the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, la Reserve de Beaulieu, and La Chèvre d’Or in Eze. Villa Illona is one of the most stunning in Cap Ferrat, located on the exclusive St Hospice peninsula and surrounded by the most scenic path of the cape.
